Shattered - Mud and Scripting Languages
What is this?
Shattered is a language which derives from LPC.
LPC was a language originally devised for programming
LPmud (Lars Penj|). Since 1990 we have continued
to develop this language for both mud and general scripting use.
Internally Shattered is based upon our own stack machine, compiler
and runtime support system.
The Source Code
The Shattered source code is available under the GNU Public License:
swlpc-1.9.1.tar.bz2.
The source comes with a "micro" mudlib of its own; enough to get started.
Extra game packs are also available, these should be untarred into
the top level mudlib directory:
Platforms
Shattered has been successfully compiler and tested upon:
- Linux (Redhat 5.x, 6.x, Mandrake 7.x, 8.x)
- FreeBSD 3.x
- Solaris (2.5.1 and 2.6.0)
- Windows NT (using Cygwin).
